Well I’m glad to announce that the short film that I’ve been working on for the last week or so is now ONLINE!
The film is about this first time thief whose in desperate need of money and will do ANYTHING to get it. He might have gotten what he wants, but was it right to do such a thing? He realizes what he did and he goes face to face with his conscience. And in his battle against his own conscience, who will win?
Technical details:
This is my very first film where I made the soundtrack/score and did some foley! So I’m so excited for that. I used the Zoom H2 to record the foley. And for the score, I used a Yamaha piano, connected it on a MacBook Pro with a MIDI cable and recorded on Garageband.

One objective of this film is to also experiment with different lighting. I only used 1 studio light and a portable LED light (link here) for the whole film, because I don’t really want the film to be super bright because it will destroy the mood. I never really light my films and instead I just use available light (lazy guy right here!). But I figured, if I want my production/film to look more professional, I should go and do it the way pros do it. And I was really happy with the outcome!

I used Sony Vegas Pro 09 for editing.
